Return & Exchange Policy
Ø We offer 7 days easy return & Exchange for hustle free experience
Ø Due to hygiene standards, we don’t accept returns on certain items, including caps, hats, masks, boxers, shorts, bodysuits, Handkerchiefs, accessories & stationery items.
Ø Items must be in their original, unwashed condition with all tags attached.
Ø We reserve the right to decline returns if items appear used, washed, damaged, or spoiled or without tags (unless they arrived damaged).

Return & Exchange Charges
Ø Customer needs to take care of reverse shipping for any return or exchange per order, regardless of the number of items within that order.
Ø Shipping Charges are Non-Refundable both COD & Prepaid
Ø All Refunds to be issued to you either at original payment method or credited to BLAQCK Gift voucher, via email valid for 1 yr as per your choice
Ø In case the product out of stock or we are unable to fulfil your purchase for any reason your refund will be credited to the original payment source.
Ø If the new item is priced higher than the original, you'll need to pay the difference upfront via a prepaid method. If the new item is priced lower, the remaining balance will be issued to you in BLAQCK Gift Card for future purchases.
Return & Exchange Process
Ø The Return or Exchange can be initiated via the Website OR through support
Ø The process will be initiated generally within 2 to 3 Business days post the request raised from the customers end.
Ø Returns & Exchanges will be arranged only after confirmation from support team & quality checks
Ø To avoid rejections Please ensure items are packaged as they were delivered to you
Cancellation policy:
Ø Cancellations will only be possible till the order has not been dispatched from Wearhouse
Ø Items bought during Sale Events or Flash Sales cannot be cancelled or Exchanged
